• Installation routine with checks if the server fits the requirements
• Collection of 'lspci'-like information via snmp (process lists too?)
• Complete global autodiscovery
  • Currently autodiscovers devices via cdp correctily. Can scan subnets of discovered devices firstly using ping to detect available hosts then with snmp. Not considered stable enough for automation
• Service discovery and monitoring
• Fix alerting subsystem
• Multi-Interface graphs
• Sane cisco temperature discovery and graphing
  • This needs to be re-written to work similarly to the unix disk discovery. Individual RRD files for each sensors, with single graph output.
• Customer access to specified devices
  • Need to write code to give customers access to entire devices including interfaces
  • and possibly stored configs.
• Better graph security
  • Customer.* needs php wrapper script to provide scripts based on hostid/ifid and type. This makes it easier to implement security the same way as we display customer hosts/interfaces.
• Implement RANCID-like configuration collection functionality?
